You Did It!

You found the staff blog! Great job!

We're drawing nearer to the first days of school. Some of you have popped in just to get the 'smell of the building.' Others of you have begun transforming your room into Wonder Emporiums of Learning. As I walk the halls and pop into rooms, I can hardly wait to see the cheerful and bright eyed Highlanders just waiting to meet you!

A few updates since the Staff Back To School newsletter was mailed:

New Staff
Welcome Kirstin Linkem to 2nd grade!

Post Cards/Class Rosters
Classroom and teacher assignments will be mailed by post card to Hunt students on Aug. 27. Teachers will receive the most updated class rosters at our August 27 PD day.

Pro Dev Registration
Need clock hours? Be sure to sign up for them through the ProDev website. If you're planning to submit clock hours for this year's salary schedule, you'll be able to use the hours earned from our LID and Supplemental Days. Simply register for Hunt's August LID/Supplemental Days 2008 where you'll earn up to 25 Clock Hours.

Survey Says!
Please complete and return the staff survey included in the mailing on or around Aug. 22. You can bring it to our Aug. 25 PLC workshop at Emerald Ridge HS if that's easier.
