Building an airplane at an altitude of 5,000 feet creates challenges, wouldn't you say? It sometimes feels that way in our work...building and flying with no automatic pilot! There is a feeling of worry, tension, and anxiety in the building - of no fault to anyone, for sure. Our careers are such that the personal and professional are intertwined - the care you show to each other is heartwarming. It's one of Hunt's greatest Culture Builders - genuine adoration and fondness for colleagues. Keep it up!- You are the professional - and you're making informed decisions to help students learn. Continue to use the screening, diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments to help target the learning in alignment with the GLEs.
- Keep on keeping on - Schools In Program Improvement (SIP) have been given 'permission' to focus on Reading and Math...I know how this rubs many of you the wrong way - but our reality is our reality.
- Believe the BEST - we WILL get out from our AYP status - and we will all be the better for it!
- Breathe. Drink (water :), really!). Laugh.
