Classified Employee's Week - March 8 to March 12

Of 1, 650 PSD Classified Employees, we think Hunt has the Best of the Best! Thanks, classified staff, for maintaining our buildings and grounds, for providing secretarial and clerical help, for preparing and serving meals, for safe transportation, helping students learn in and out of classrooms, and for making our campus a safe place to be. The admin team will honor all Hunt staff members at a luncheon during Teacher Appreciation Week later in the year. In the meantime, GREAT work Classified Staff! Your dedication is top notch!

Every Monday Matters

This week marks three solid weeks before Spring Break. I know there is a lot on your plate, but make every moment of teaching and learning matter. You might be tempted to boost your AR points by letting the kids silent read a little longer...silent reading with no guidance is a slippery time-wasted-slope. You might be tempted to skip that Open Court lesson or that writing opportunity, or that not-so-favorite math lesson - don't do it! Your students need you to make the most of their learning sessions. You are some of the most skilled and magic-making staff in the business!
