Kindergarten Registration
Do you know a family with an upcoming kinder? Please let them know registration for the 2010-2011 school year begins March 23. Please refer interested parents to the office for specific information. Feel free to post this information in your next classroom newsletter as well.

Upcoming MSP
It's just around the corner. What are you doing right now to prepare your students for the 'new' format of testing? How are you using the released items to help students 'see' what will be asked of them? See the OSPI website (linked here) for details, a colleague, or Susan and Rebecca if you have questions. Jen Niehaus is Hunt's assessment coordinator and working closely with Robert, Mike, and Rebecca to establish small groups and accommodations.

Every Monday Matters
Spring-Forward-Daylight-Savings always sneaks up on me! Losing an hour this weekend did a number on my sleep - but in the coming days, I'll adjust, just like the rest of you. Fortunately, day light savings doesn't cause us to lose a minute of instruction for students. Thank you for making the most of every second in the classroom. Last week, when I did WalkThroughs, I saw many of you start the day with powerful teaching and learning experiences with your students. What an important message you send when you, as the instructional leader, begin the day's learning adventure right from the get-go. Keep up the GREAT work!
