Honoring Cultures Diversity Celebration
Gerald Denman visited our school last week.  He commented positively on the welcoming entrance and friendly 'feel' in the halls.  Mr. Denman walked our hallways and even took pictures of some of your bulletin boards!  We are proud of you and your students!  Honoring Diversity  happens every day at Hunt, but thanks for putting it out front for March!

• Artwork- The Diversity Team will be selecting 20 pieces to move forward to the Spring Fair Display. They will also select 2 pieces per grade level for display in our front office.

Childcare Forms
The district is gathering information regarding before and after-school care for students. This information will be used by transportation to correctly identify which bus students are riding and design routes. Parents have been directed to have students turn the form in to you. Please collect these and turn them in to the office.

Take Your Child to Work Day—April 26th
This day is designed to help students between the ages of 8 and 15 make the connection between what they do in school and what career they may choose in the future. Due to the testing window just after this date, we may be asked to select another day to observe this event.  Stay tuned...


Kindergarten Class of 2025!
It's time for Kindergarten registration.  The front office is preparing for this important process.  Please watch your email for a cut 'n paste article for your newsletter, SWIFT, and class emails to boost our initial enrollments.  Your help is appreciated!

March Gladness:
March 12-16: “Spring Into Action” is a District-wide event! Thank you, 5th Grade Team, for promoting, distributing, collecting, and overseeing this community event.

March 12-23:  Hunt Spring Food Drive
All donations will go to The Fish Food Bank in Graham. The food drive will run until March 23rd. Sandy is checking on the specific needs and will let everyone know what to tell parents and kids.  Stay tuned...

Preparing Students for the 5th Grade Science MSP
Date: Monday, March 19
Time: 8:30-11:30am, or 12:30-3:30pm, or 4:00-7:00pm
Location: ESC Evergreen Room
Specifics: ½ Day substitutes for staff, Clock hours available, Time sheet for evening attendance
