Please consider carefully what you are asking Printshop to print.  If it is not directly linked to our District Adopted Curriculum, they request may be returned for feedback from you.

On The Move
GREAT NEWS!  The stage is about to get a make-over!  Because Room 24 is available, OT/PT is moving there to better serve our students.  This frees our stage up to be....(drum roll, please)...a S-T-A-G-E!  The options are endless...Fall Book Fair, High PAWS Fridays, Performances, Assemblies - OH!  The excitement!

DIBELS Next & Net Updates & Details
Updates

• DIBELS Next Benchmark testing is mostly done - thanks sweeps team, classroom teachers, and Title I.  A few of you are asking for samples of the books...we'll get those to you ASAP.
   
• DIBELS Net Management System - Marlo Harmsen, Jennifer Thorson, Lisa Rowan, and Rebecca Williams are mostly trained on the new system - yahoo! 
   
• DIBELS Reports - It's taking longer than anticipated, but the wait will be well worth it!  Classes have been created, students will be populated by mid-week, data will be entered ASAP, and YOU will be able to access the reports YOU want!  Each teacher will have a username and passcode.

Details

• Per Student Learning Department - students who scored Level 1 or Level 2 on the Benchmark Assessment MUST be Progress Monitored using the PM Booklets - building budget will pay for booklets once we have a complete order.  Watch your email for details by grade level.
   
• PM data for L1 & L2 readers will need to be entered into the DIBELS Net system - we're still considering the system we'll use for entering data efficiently.

In Building: Team ProDev – Release Time Options
Plans are in the works for each team to be released to work collaboratively between now and the end of October. Details to come, but consider how your team would like to work:

  

Option 1: hire half-day subs during the work day

 

Option 2: work on the State Inservice Day (Oct 12) for half day pay

 

Option 3: work after school or on the weekend for half day pay
